10 New Restaurants Opening in Singapore This Month — March 2026
A Korean burger legend, a Manila café icon, a national monument fine-dining experience — March 2026 is stacked.
Singapore doesn't do slow seasons. March 2026 is proof: a Korean burger chain lands at Changi, a Manila café institution picks Tanjong Pagar for its global debut, a Michelin-chef pasta bar opens in the CBD, and an 8-course tasting menu moves into a 140-year-old national monument. If you've been eating the same three places, this list is your intervention.
1. Gyusei Gyukatsu Wagyu Steakhouse — Singapore's First Halal A5 Wagyu Gyukatsu
Location: 775 North Bridge Road, Hotel Clover | Price range: $$$ (sets from $69++)
What it is: Charcoal-smoked A5 Wagyu katsu, deep-fried then smoked tableside, finished on a hot stone grill. Halal-certified and built around the rarest grade of Japanese beef. The Ribeye Gyukatsu Set ($69++) is the order — buttery, velvety, with a smoky crunch.
2. Lotteria — Korean Fast Food Icon, Finally Here
Location: B1-248, Jewel Changi Airport | Price range: $ (burgers from $7.20)
What it is: Founded in 1972, Lotteria is one of the original Korean fast food chains, predating the global K-food wave by decades. Singapore is its seventh overseas market. Don't skip the Singapore-exclusive Kimchi Bulgogi Burger ($7.80) — it's the one locals will be posting.
3. RUXU — Guangzhou Bakery Debuts in Singapore
Location: #01-11, Funan Mall, 107 North Bridge Road | Price range: $ (from $2.80)
What it is: RUXU has outlets across Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Its first overseas branch lands in Funan with nearly 30 bread and dessert bowl varieties. The Caramel Custard Tart ($2.80) is a must — flaky puff, egg custard, caramel centre.
4. DRIM Gold — Cave-Themed Korean BBQ at RWS
Location: B1-204-206, Weave, Resorts World Sentosa | Price range: $$$$
What it is: Sister restaurant to the well-regarded Drim Korean Steakhouse at Mandarin Gallery, but bigger and bolder. The dramatic cave-and-Hanok interior is theatrical. The Hanwoo beef and Jeju black pork are the headline acts — both are rare imports with provenance.
5. Amor — Spanish Tapas on Amoy Street
Location: 107 Amoy Street | Price range: $$ (tapas from $9, lunch sets from $38++)
What it is: Opened by the former Head Chef and GM of Olivia, one of Singapore's best-regarded Spanish restaurants. Amor's Gaudí-inspired interiors — curved arches, intimate spaces — match the ambition. Expect classic tapas done properly, without the CBD markup.
6. Loca Niru — Fine Dining Inside a National Monument
Location: House of Tan Yeok Nee, 101 Penang Road #02-01 | Price range: $$$$ ($298++ tasting menu)
What it is: An 8-course contemporary fine-dining concept by Gaia Lifestyle Group, operating inside the last surviving Teochew 'Grand Mansion' in Singapore — a national monument built in 1885. French and Japanese techniques, global produce, one seating. Not for a casual Tuesday.
7. Mary Grace Café — Famous Filipino Pastries Hit Tanjong Pagar
Location: Tanjong Pagar (opening 13 March 2026) | Price range: $$ (pastries from $4.30)
What it is: The beloved Manila café institution opens its first international location in Singapore. The Ensaymadas ($5.50) and Cheese Rolls ($4.30) are the draw, but the Singapore-exclusive Kaya Pandan Cheese Roll ($5.30) and Crabmeat Brioche ($27) show they're thinking locally.
8. Sio Pasta — Michelin-Approved Japanese Spaghetti at Raffles City
Location: #B1-16, Raffles City Shopping Mall, 252 North Bridge Road | Price range: $ (from $13.80)
What it is: An offshoot of Tokyo's sio Aoyama, owned by Michelin-starred chef Shusaku Toba. Opening 26 March 2026 with 10 pasta dishes — Japanese Garlic Carbonara, Mentaiko Cream Carbonara ($16.80), Pasta with Scallop and Corn in White Miso Butter ($16.80). Serious food at café prices.
9. Nolita — Japanese Spaghetti House, North Singapore
Location: 01-44, Lentor Modern, 1 Lentor Central | Price range: $$ (from $19)
What it is: From the team behind Omoté (Thomson Plaza's famous chirashi bowl restaurant), Nolita is a Japanese-Italian spaghetti bar serving spaghetti exclusively in 10 flavours. The uni tartufo ($32) — sea urchin, poached lobster, truffle cream — is the showstopper.
10. Les Canons — Affordable French Bistro in the CBD
Location: City Gate Mall, Beach Road | Price range: $ (all items under $30)
What it is: French bistro cooking without the sticker shock. Housed in City Gate mall — better known for Beerthai — Les Canons brings approachable French fare to the CBD lunch crowd. Everything on the menu is priced under $30.
