TL;DR
MUJI VivoCity’s reopening offers run from 17 to 19 July 2026, but the S$10 vouchers are limited to 100 qualifying customers per session. Queueing starts 30 minutes before each slot, screenshots are not accepted, and the advertised discounts apply only to selected items.

The voucher is timed, not automatic

MUJI VivoCity has reopened after a store refresh, with a three-day promotion running from Friday, 17 July to Sunday, 19 July 2026.

The official MUJI Singapore Instagram post sets out three S$10 voucher sessions on each day. Friday’s sessions are at 11am, 1pm and 5pm. Saturday and Sunday sessions are at 10am, 1pm and 5pm. The queue opens 30 minutes before each session.

Only the first 100 qualifying customers in each session receive a voucher. To qualify, shoppers must like the official post, tag three friends in its comments, repost it and follow @mujisg. MUJI says screenshots will not be accepted for verification and limits redemption to one per customer.

The tote has a separate spending rule

A limited-edition A4 Cotton My Bag is available with a minimum S$30 nett spend in one receipt during the promotion period. It is limited to one redemption per customer per transaction and is available only while stocks last.

That condition is separate from the timed voucher queue. Meeting the tote’s spending threshold does not guarantee a voucher, and completing the Instagram steps does not guarantee a tote.

Passport rewards require completed profile details

MUJI is also offering three-times MUJI Passport Miles during the reopening promotion. Its public post says shoppers who download the MUJI Passport app and complete the gender and date-of-birth fields can receive a complimentary mini bag. Designs are distributed at random and the offer remains subject to availability and terms.

If you already use the app, check that the required profile fields are complete before joining a redemption queue.

The discounts are on selected products

Independent deal coverage lists reopening prices across selected apparel, travel goods, household items and snacks, including up to 15% off named bags and travel or cleaning products. This is not a storewide 15% discount.

Examples reported by Syioknya include selected innerwear from S$9.90, selected apparel from S$14.90 and interior fragrance oil from S$19.90. Stock and sizes may change through the weekend, so treat the list as a guide rather than a promise of availability.

Location and opening times

MUJI VivoCity is at 1 HarbourFront Walk, #02-198, Singapore 098585. NYLON lists an 11am weekday opening and a 10am weekend opening. Those times align with Friday’s first voucher session at 11am and the weekend’s first sessions at 10am.

Source note: Redemption mechanics were taken from MUJI Singapore’s public reopening post. Offer dates and selected-item prices were corroborated against Syioknya Singapore; the refreshed-store description and unit address were checked against NYLON Singapore. All gifts and vouchers are limited and subject to stated terms.
